Exam Procedures

Exams are by appointment only at  900 Route 134 in South Dennis unless otherwise noted. You will not be allowed to test without an appointment. 

Once you have entered the Towne Plaza parking lot park near building 2 (middle building) and enter through the door with the Beltone sign. Take a left at the top of the stairs and enter the third door on your left. If you are going to be late for any reason, please call us as we may have to reschedule your exam.

Please bring the following with you on exam day:

• PHOTO ID

• PENS

• PENCILS

• PARALLELS AND DIVIDERS IF YOU ARE HERE FOR A PLOTTING EXAM

• STATEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING*

• ENROLLMENT FORM*

* if you have not already completed and submitted one to us

RESULTS: You will not receive your results on site that day. We will contact you within 24 hours with your results.
